So how do I start?

To make sure you receive the best service and the highest quality, Spartan Custom has a simple process for printing any of our products.
There is about a 2 week turnaround time for any order. Rush Orders Available!
  1. Choose the product you wish to print on. Spartan Custom offers thousands of promotional products for any business need, as well as, hundreds of apparel style and color options from brands such as:
    Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Jerzee, Anvil and Hanes.
    If you're having trouble deciding on a product or style, our sales associates can assist you. And if you can't find what your looking for on our website, Spartan Custom can specialty order it for you!


  2. Decide how much you need. Whether you need a few or hundreds, Spartan Custom can provide you, whatever your needs. Our prices are discounted by volume, so don't forget to ask a sales associate about our price cuts!


  3. Create artwork. Prepare photos or sketches of your idea design- the more information you have ready for our designers then the faster your order process will be. This process involves creating artwork, choosing ink colors (we can match any color you're looking for!), deciding placement/ size, and approving final artwork.
    For those who will rely on our artists to create their design, there is an art fee of $35.00 per hour. However, if you have your own artwork on files in ESP, PDF or Corel Draw for PC with a resolution of no lower than 300 dpi, there is only a $15.00 set up fee.
    We accept CD, zip disk, jump drives, and e-mail.


  4. Put the order to print. After you approve your final artwork, our graphic designers will hand over your order to our experienced screen printers. Spartan Custom ensures 100% satisfaction in our printing quality.


  5. Order is complete and ready for pick-up! One of our printers will call when your order is complete and ready for pick-up or has been pack and shipped via UPS to your business or home.
    Spartan Custom will then keep both your artwork and your screens on file. This will save you from an art and screen charge if you ever wish to reprint your design!
